Bishop Leroy Stovall is the founder and overseer of Holy Ghost Temple Church, located in West Springfield, MA. Along with First Lady Joanne Stovall, they work together to grow a soul saving, faith based, healing, and deliverance ministry. 

 

  In 1991, Bishop Stovall was given the vision of building God a new house. The church worked hard to raise the funds and purchased the land-site in West Springfield, MA. 

For 10 years, Bishop Stovall contended with the city in order to be granted permission to build a church on the property.

 

The battle was won, ground was broken, and 4 years later in 2005, Bishop Stovall completed his vision of building a brand new church that God designed located at 30 Massasoit Avenue, West Springfield, MA.
